📄 Refund and Cancellation Policy (Standalone Document)

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs your purchase and use of the services provided by Krisdha Trading Company, operating the Bizlink Cards brand (referred to as "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our").

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel Your recurring subscription for the Bizlink Cards Service at any time through Your account dashboard or by contacting Us via the provided email address.

1.2 Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period (e.g., end of the monthly or yearly term). You will retain access to the paid features of the Service until the final day of that paid period.

1.3 No Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not provide pro-rata refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period if You choose to cancel early.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 General Policy (Digital Goods): Due to the immediate access and digital nature of the Bizlink Cards Service (which grants immediate use of digital templates, storage, and features), the Company does not generally offer refunds once a purchase or subscription fee has been processed.

2.2 Exceptions for Technical Failure: Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Documented, verifiable, and prolonged technical failure of the core Service that prevents access or use for an unreasonable period.
  • A duplicate transaction or billing error confirmed by our payment processor.

2.3 Refund Request Procedure:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company via email at cards@bizlink.live.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • The request must clearly state the reason for the refund and provide proof of purchase (e.g., transaction ID).

2.4 Discretion of the Company: The final decision on all refund requests is made solely at the Company’s discretion.

3. Payment Processing and Disputes

All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By making a payment, You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Razorpay.

If You have a dispute regarding a payment or believe an unauthorized charge has occurred, You agree to first contact the Company immediately at cards@bizlink.live to attempt to resolve the issue informally before initiating a chargeback or dispute with Your bank.
